This beer is an answer to the very bitter beers that are brewed worldwide. The name IPA here does not stand for India Pale Ale but for Incredible, Powerful & Amazing. Instead of mainly American hops, we use 7 Flemish hops from the Westhoek.
Of course we taste a beer here that is very bitter, but one that is "balanced" so that it is drinkable and inviting for the next....
