Kapittel Prior 9° is a top-fermented dark brown beer with refermentation in the bottle and, due to its full taste, belongs to the cream of the dark abbey beers. When tasting, one first perceives the soft taste of roasted malt, after which it passes into the complex notes of raisins, caramel and the fruity touch of spices.
