Zinnebir is a golden, perfectly balanced Pale Ale. Its fruity and hoppy aromas are reminiscent of dried apricots and orange jam. The whole is based on a malty character and a nice bitterness. Born in the cellars of a Brussels squat in April 2002, she is the founding beer of Brasserie de la Senne.
