This gold-colored herb triple was the very first beer in the Circus Brewery series. It is also synonymous with welcoming guests as the bellhop is the first person you will encounter in the circus to direct you to your seat.
This herbal triple contains 7 provincial herbs. The most recognizable flavors are thyme and oregano. Due to its spicy character, this is also the perfect food pairing beer.
Despite its somewhat more complex taste, this is still a beer with a re-drinkable character. The full-bodiedness and soft bitterness, together with the spiciness, provide a feast of flavors with the first sip. A second sip is therefore not long in coming with this unique palette of flavors.
