This beer (9%) is the result of a long fermentation.
It gives a slightly sweet taste when tasted. But that is quickly replaced by a deep bitterness. However, this bitter note will not displace all the other components.
You ultimately taste the naturally flavored hops and the alcoholized aftertaste.
It reveals its true character once freshly chilled.
