This great Quadrupel from De Struise Brouwers, matured for two years at Woodford Reserve, was brewed in honor of the patron saint of Oostvleteren. Full of flavor and very strong. The smooth yet full flavor of the bourbon is a great complement to the caramel and dried red fruit notes of the quadruple.
