La Rochefort 10° is a Trappist beer from just before the 1950s. It is the most alcoholic of the Rochefort abbey beers and it is also the richest. Sometimes called "Marvel", it has a brown color with very dark mahogany reflections.
His clothes are bright, though he rests on a bed of yeast. She wears a hat of ephemeral beige foam, crisscrossed by a relatively saturated effervescence.
The nose and mouth reveal a remarkable syrupy, caramelized intensity. The taste is soft at first before it becomes stronger and opens a full, spicy, slightly pungent and sharp mouthfeel. Fruity notes of ripe plum and cocoa complete the tasting. The bitterness remains quite low, giving the malty and fruity flavors a prominent place. The body is powerful but fine, noble and spicy.
