Leute Bokbier is a dark red heavy top-fermented beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle and in the barrel. It has a very aromatic taste, not too sweet and full and mild on the palate. Leute Bokbier was first brewed by Brouwerij Vansteenberge in 1927. The buck and the hopper tank refer to the former brewery farm and the adjacent hop fields. With the disappearance of agricultural activity, the Leute Bok beer also disappeared and was not produced again until 1997. Leutebok is served and drunk in a tumbler glass with a wooden base.
