Color and appearance: Deep red color, slightly veiled from the white beer. Very compact and wall-adhesive pink foam.
Smell: The flavor of wild sour cherries and of the cherry stones.
Taste: Soft and sweet fruit beer with the touch of nuts (cherry seeds) and a sour aftertaste from the wildly sour cherries. Superb equilibration between the wheat beer and the wildly sour cherries.
