Fruity, slightly sweet and softly bitter.
Pater Lieven blond is a pale yellow beer. It owes its fine, white foam to beautifully sparkling carbon dioxide.
In the nose, malt and flowers fight for attention while a slight bitterness emerges. The taste is slightly sweet and soft-bitter at the same time. The dry aftertaste hints at the slightly sharper bitterness of grapefruit.
Pater Lieven blond is a top fermentation beer of 6.5% abv that is refermented in the bottle.
