The Malheur Bière Brut is refermented up to three times in the bottle. Malheur has succeeded in developing a process in which the yeast is collected in the bottle neck. That yeast is frozen and removed with the 'dégorgement'. The result is a refined and sparkling beer with a spicy head and an elegant aftertaste.
