A dark blond beer; firm fine white foam. Has a fresh, hoppy nose (citrus & grapefruit), a bit grassy and spicy, also some ripe exotic fruit and some malt. dry and fresh-fruity in the beginning, again some grassy notes, fairly full malt and yeast flavors in the mouth, soft bitter (grapefruit) in the aftertaste that lingers quite a long time for this lighter type of beer. Delicious with apéro/terrace, slightly spicy and spicy food, exotic, fish, seafood (tomato-shrimp!), waterzooi of fish/chicken, white meat, even a lamb curry.
