This is a tripel with 8° alcohol. It is a tribute to the Belgian revolution, but it is emphasized that not a single Dutchman was injured during the preparation of this beer. The Belgian revolution is marked by the revolt of present-day Belgium against the Netherlands. If beer had existed at that time, the Belgian revolution would undoubtedly have taken place in appropriate drunkenness.
