This blond, copper colored beer with a thick head is based on a secret recipe that was brewed for the wedding of Paul Lefebvre. Hopus has a unique and original nose characterized by a mixture of vegetal, citrus and fruity notes. The clear attack is characterized by an intense and bitter taste experience and a true festival of hop notes. Afterwards, the taste balance of this top-fermented beer is restored by the fruity aromas and malt flavors, without however obscuring the initial taste. The bitter finish lasts long but is not disturbing, is powerful but not overpowering, is elegant but not exuberant… In short, each sip is the perfect preparation for the next.
