Stout is an old-fashioned but still popular beer in English-speaking countries. At the request of the American importer, we brew the Stout several times a year, with roasted malt, caramel malt and pale malt, Nuggethop and the same fermentation as the Oerbier. The combination of all this gives a bitter, spicy beer with character. It could have been drunk in England or Ireland some 200 years ago. Cheers !
