In 1998, Hugues Dubuisson launched a new Bush for blond beer lovers on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the Bush Ambrée, launched at the time by his grandfather Alfred. The Bush Blonde was born. This filtered top-fermentation beer fits in with the Bush Ambrée and the Bush de Noël. This beer is also the fruit of the same expertise and the same house yeast. Yet this blonde has a personality all its own. The use of traditional malts and the well-known Saaz hops gives the beer a bright blond color and develops a subtle and at the same time very balanced aroma and taste palette. The prolonged refermentation not only increases the alcohol volume to 10.5%, but also makes the beer very easy to digest.
