La Bière du Corbeau is an old beer that disappeared and was updated in 2014 by Bernard Provoyeur because he was homesick for it. The huge moon on the label says it's best consumed during a full moon. Behind this hazy golden color topped with a fine white foam, aromas of fruit, yeast, malt and spices emerge before sweet flavors of caramel, yeast, herbs, spices and citrus. . It is an oily beer with moderate carbonation that takes us to a slightly dry and bitter finish.
