Judith is a golden blond beer with refermentation in the bottle. The soft aromas in the nose and on the tongue come from the lime blossoms. The barley, rye and sour malts provide a rounded full mouthfeel. The aftertaste is dominated by a fine bitterness from the Aurora hops that also enhances the soft spiciness.
