Stoffoasje Tripel is an artisanal Belgian tripel from D'Oude Maalderij in Izegem. It is a top-fermented blond beer with refermentation in the bottle. Unpasteurized and unfiltered.
The aroma of Stoffoasje Tripel is fruity with a hint of alcohol. Full-bodied and strong in taste. It starts sweet and fruity, with a subtle bitterness in the aftertaste. The aftertaste is rather dry. Easy to drink, yet full of character.
